Nikki Nikki's mom, Pat, has this to say about Nikki: Nikki came into my life after Tyra left it. She too was vaccinated every year. Nikki had been a street vagabond at just 8 weeks of age and was on death row before she was 4 months old. She changed from a totally unruly adolescent into a lady - without loosing her occasional guile and mischievous sense of fun. Always very well behaved, interested and interactive she grew to become a reliable Therapy Companion. Nikki’s last vaccination was in December 2003. 24 hours later her behavior changed. The regular vet suspected seizures; the Holistic Veterinarian knew the truth. Homeopathic remedy quickly returned Nikki’s behavior to normal although for many weeks she became easily fatigued. Her nose was dripping and later became ‘crusty’. This feature too has now almost disappeared. Nikki recently had a classic Holiday Romance with a male GSD one-third her age – and her energy and stamina equaled his. I’m so relieved to have my ‘old’ Nikki back. She will never receive another vaccine!
